Hugo needs help finding a forever home. He has been in the shelter for over a year.... yes, over a year! You have to imagine how stressful that might be for this guy. He's a beautiful dog that just wants to do normal dog things. He is currently enjoying time in foster care, which does give him a break from the shelter, but... please, please help Hugo find a home!
