I miss my grandmother everyday. I also very much miss her cooking.
She would always make my me and my cousins our favorite things when we would visit. She knew I loved spinach with green chile and beans ( I know, not typical for a kid but I loved it) so she would have that ready and macaroni with tomatoes sauce ( thats what we called it) and her special soup we called "grandma's soup" we would have it almost every occasion. She of course made the best homemade tortillas, sweet rice, biscochitos and really everything! There is just something about grandmas cooking that is the best.
This grandmother started a cooking channel on Youtube to teach the next generation to make traditional food.
